Do you sell, buy or trade appliances?
No. We do in-home repairs only.
Are your repair estimates free?
Yes. We provide free estimates with complete repair.
Do you charge for working overtime?
No. We don’t have overtime fees. We charge by the job, not by the hour.
What kind of parts do you use at the time of the repair?
DK Appliance Repair uses only genuine, factory-produced parts. We carry 99% of the most commonly needed appliance repair parts right in our trucks! All of the work is done on your premises. If we do not have the part you need in stock, we will order it in for you.
If you need to order parts, do I need to pre-pay for the parts?
It depends. If the part is a special factory order, those parts often cannot be returned. In those cases, the customer will need to pre-pay for the parts and trip charge.
Are weekend, evening, and holiday services available?
Yes. We provide weekend, evening, and holiday services with no extra charges.
Do you offer emergency services?
